Our aim is simple ;
- Stay for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year but however long you stay we want you to feel at home.

- We can offer you as much, or as little! free advice as you need - not only on Pattaya but on Thailand as a whole as we have travelled throughout the country over the last two years.

- We are tucked away in a small soi (road) on soi 3 which is 250 metres from the Beach, 5 minutes from a large shopping complex and 2 minutes from lively nightlife with beer bar complexes, live music, night clubs, 2 cabaret shows, bowling, indoor shooting range, restaurants for all tastes and some very good massage parlours.

- Free wi-fi is available throughout the house.

Sabaidee Lounge

- In the lounge Live English, Spanish, German and Italian Premier League Football, Baseball, Golf and American Football amongst other sports are available to watch.

- We have a Lounge Bar with Spirits, soft drinks and a fridge full of cold beers for you to enjoy at your leisure.

- The Outside seating Area is comfy and shaded with flowers and plants to help you relax with a cold beer.

- Having travelled the world we think we understand that some travellers/holidaymakers like to be left alone, some like to chat and gather information and some like being looked after and having things organised for them.
